Spolumbo's Production
- Federally inspected de-boned pork shoulder arrives daily at our facility.
- We carefully inspect each piece, removing any small bones and/or excess fat.
- The meat is ground using our state-of-the-art grinder which grinds thousands of kilos of meat every day.
- The ground meat then gets mixed with seasoning and spices. No binders or fillers are added.
- The seasoned meat is then poured into our sausage stuffing machine.
- Our sausage machine produces thousands of sausages every day.
- The sausage is inspected and sorted for distribution.
- The sausage is bagged and boxed for distribution to our re-sale customers.
- Fresh Gourmet Spolumbo's Sausage is shipped to many restaurants and grocery stores including Co-op, IGA and Safeway.
- For specialty smoked sausage, we have a state-of-the-art smoke house.
- The smoke house has precise controls for creating perfectly smoked sausage.
- Spolumbo's Fine Foods & Deli sells all-natural preservative free products with no added binders or fillers.
