There's probably not a restaurateur in the area that doesn't know the contagious optimism that comes with a conversation about the food service business with Tom Spoletini. Tom loves people, food and selling sausages. As the driving force behind the wholesale business Tom especially enjoys meeting and getting to know new people, experiencing and enjoying different cultures.

Although he values family above all - those people he encounters in his day are like extended family. While speaking of the many customers he has welcomed as a "must visit location in Calgary" Tom says those he has met, who have succeeded despite alot of adversity, are the most admired. It was with a similar spirit and tenacity that Tom played football as #61, Offensive Lineman for the Calgary Stampeders.

Outside of what he does each day, Tom has a new love - Golf. He humbly notes, "I'm just not very good at it...but that little white ball will not get me down." The persistent spirit of Spolumbo's is about guys who overcome obstacles, enjoy the journey and put their best on the table for others.
